The MARE project presented at the GNGTS 2024 conference

The activities and objectives of the MARE (MARine Energy) project were presented during the GNGTS (Gruppo Nazionale di Geofisica della Terra Solida) 2024 conference, the theme of which was “Geophysics for the future of the Planet”, held from 13 to 16 February 2024 at the University of Ferrara. 

For years now, the GNGTS conference has represented a moment of confrontation for the Italian scientific community. This conference touches on topics such as seismicity, volcanology, and the management of data and application of mathematical and statistical models. Another macro area is seismic risk and how to mitigate it. A final topic is geophysics applied to energy and the environment and new technologies.
